Recovery Begun?

Three interesting headlines from the last two days:
1. January foreclosure are down compared to December.
2. Retail sales climbed 1%.
3. New jobless claims drop slightly.

Well, I'll wager the Stealulus Plan will put and end to this good news.

By the way, Wall Street, so far, has not reacted positively to the Plan.
I wonder why.
